Structural inspection from the air
Damage is cheapest to deal with while it is still small. With a drone I can look at places that would otherwise need scaffolding or a cherry picker.

How it works
- We settle what matters to you: the whole property or one specific suspect spot.
- On site I fly the structure systematically and move in closer at critical points.
- Anything notable is captured in detail as well, with a view of where it sits.
- I review the material and compile the relevant images in an ordered way.
What you receive
- Ordered photo documentation, sorted by component or side of the building
- Close-ups of the notable spots, with their location identified
- On request an inspection report as a PDF with findings and photos
- On request a 3D model that places the finding in the overall picture
Good to know
- I am a drone pilot with a technical background, not a chartered surveyor. I deliver the imagery and the documented findings; the expert assessment stays with your contractor or surveyor.
- For judging cracks and joints, even light beats bright sunshine.
- In control zones and over plants a permit may be required. I take care of that beforehand.
